Training Length: 5 Hour Day
Class Description:
This comprehensive Lip Masterclass is designed for licensed medical professionals seeking to elevate their skills in aesthetic lip enhancement with a minimum of 6 months of prior injectable experience. Attendees will be guided through the full spectrum of the GFE (Golden Facial Enhancement) process—from consultation to aftercare—with a special focus on mastering the art and science of lip augmentation. This hands-on training will provide the clinical foundation needed to confidently assess, plan, and execute lip treatments tailored to individual patient anatomy and aesthetic goals.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this masterclass, participants will be able to:
Outline the GFE process and its rationale, including patient intake, consent, contraindications, treatment execution, and post-procedure protocols.
Utilize gold standard charting and photography practices to document Before & After results with precision.
Identify critical anatomical landmarks including fat compartments, retaining ligaments, muscles, and vascular structures relevant to lip injections.
Describe the natural aging process of the perioral region and apply volume restoration strategies using dermal fillers.
Conduct a comprehensive facial assessment, including muscle origins, insertions, actions, and their role in dynamic and static facial movement.
Evaluate and manage complications or adverse events related to dermal fillers, including early and delayed reactions.
Apply safe and effective injection techniques supported by current anatomical and clinical best practices.
Important Note for Hands-On Participants:
To participate in hands-on injecting during this course, you must provide your own model and hold an active, unencumbered medical license (RN, NP, PA, MD, or DO) in the state of California.
